The need
For the 4 Weeks 4 Inclusion event, one of the most important DEI events in Europe, TIM required a robust digital solution to manage and produce over 300 live events, featuring 400 partner companies, within a four-week period.
The challenge was to design and develop a website and mobile app that facilitated seamless navigation and engagement. Additionally, a comprehensive live video production pipeline was essential to handle planning, real-time production, and delivery of these events.
The platform needed to support high traffic, offer intuitive user interfaces, and ensure reliable, high-quality streaming to create an impactful and inclusive experience for all participants.
Result
A resounding success, achieving 400,000 views from over 100,000 unique viewers.
We delivered more than 300 hours of live video, seamlessly connecting remote hosts and locations worldwide through a custom web, mobile app and live streaming platform.
